For example, forty chops at an agreed 250 g raw weight would total 10 kg. That is raw chop weight, including any bone, not cooked meat yield. Confirm the actual size and count for your plate.

Give us the number of chops needed for each service and ask about separate packs. Keep the count and the total weight on the brief so the packing fits your prep without turning an estimated piece count into a guarantee.
