We get your product where it needs to be
Getting your product to you in top condition is just as important as producing it. We work with our sister company KAM Transport to provide chilled and frozen delivery nationwide.

We look after transport and delivery together with KAM Transport, coordinating chilled, frozen and time-sensitive deliveries nationwide.
70% of our transport goes with KAM Transport.
Our sister company KAM Transport is our main transport provider, and the only transport company of its kind in New Zealand currently holding a Toitū enviromark gold certification. Their fleet runs technology that reports on driver behaviour and CO₂ emissions.
KAM’s policy is to run fuller trucks and make fewer trips, to reduce carbon emissions.
KAM sends us ongoing utilisation reports and uses Scania Driver Performance Monitoring, so we can see what their efforts to reduce carbon emissions are actually achieving.
Processing
We work with your recipes to make sausages, salami, droëwors and other value-added products, ready for retail or restaurants.
Packing
We’ve invested in new machinery so you don’t have to. Let our team package your product to your specification, from bulk food service packs to retail-ready formats.
Frequently asked questions
How is the meat packaged for transport?
All products are vacuum-packed, thermoformed, or bulk-packed in food-grade liners. We transport all orders in temperature-controlled, refrigerated vehicles to maintain the cold chain from our production floor straight to your walk-in chiller.
What are your delivery days?
We deliver nationwide, Monday to Friday.

What is your delivery turnaround?
Some orders can be processed the same day, while others may take a couple of days to produce to order, depending on the product, the size of your order and your location. Get in touch and we’ll let you know how quickly we can get your order to you.
What is the minimum order I can place?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is $300 plus GST with free local delivery.
We work on volume pricing, so the more you order, the better the price.
How do I place an order?
You can order through HospoConnect, or contact the team directly on 021 242 1423 or sales@prestonfoods.co.nz. Please have your order in by 6am for same day local delivery, or for production for nationwide distribution.
