You can order through HospoConnect, or contact our team directly by phone or email. New to Preston Foods? Get in touch and we’ll get you set up.
Existing customers
Three ways to order
1. HospoConnect (online portal)
You can order from your phone or laptop using HospoConnect. Save your favourites, reload a previous order, or add notes and messages to let us know exactly what you need.

3. Email
You can also email your order to sales@prestonfoods.co.nz.
Please send your order by 6am for same-day local delivery or production for nationwide distribution. Timing depends on your product and location, so get in touch if you’d like to discuss your delivery.
Credit accounts
You can request a commercial credit application form by emailing sales@prestonfoods.co.nz. Approval takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. If your first order is urgent, we can deliver once your online payment is confirmed.
Credits and incorrect orders
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If there’s a discrepancy, let our sales team know by phone or email within 24 hours and include photos. Once verified, we’ll arrange a priority replacement or apply a credit note to your next invoice.
