Drumsticks keep the catering maths simple: settle on how many per guest, then convert that into an order weight. Bone-in, they take a spice rub, glaze or marinade well, whether they’re going onto a barbecue, a buffet tray or a shared platter.
For an event, give us the guest count and the number of drumsticks you’re allowing per person, and we’ll work back to piece size and total weight.

Does a kilogram order guarantee a set number of drumsticks?
No. Piece sizes vary, and the bone is included in the weight. If you need 120 pieces for an event, put that count alongside the requested kilograms and ask us to confirm the available size range.
Can we plan separate packs for each buffet run?
That’s a useful way to brief the order: list the pieces needed for each run and the number of runs. We can discuss the packing available. It also gives the kitchen a clear count without having to open everything at once.

Request kilograms in 0.5 kg steps; this is not a pack size or minimum order. We’ll confirm packing, final weights and delivery charges with you. See how to order.

Storage & ingredients
Follow the storage instructions and use-by date on the pack, and keep raw meat separate from ready-to-eat food. Plan opened packs and any thawing through your kitchen’s food control plan. Keep the product label or specification with your records so ingredient and allergen information stays with the batch.
